How to Find Your Sent Follow Request on Instagram - Updated Method
Recently Instagram made an update to its platform after which the older way to find the pending follow request is no longer working. So we have come up with an updated way to see the list of all your follow Instagram requests.
Step 1: Request Instagram to Download your information
To check all follow requests that you have sent on Instagram, The first step is to request Instagram to download all your Instagram information. Follow the below instructions to make a request to Download Instagram information. You can do these steps on your iOS, or Android devices or you can also try it on Browser as well.

Open Instagram on your mobile phone and click on the
profile icon.

Next, click on the
hamburgericon which is on the top right corner, and selectyour activity.

Under your activity setting, you will find the
Download your informationoption. Just click on it.

Next, click on the
Request a downloadbutton and choose your accounts(If you are using multiple accounts), and file format type. Now just click on the submit request button.

Once you submit the request, you will get a link from Instagram from where you can easily download your Instagram data.
Step 2: Download Instagram data to see the all follow requests.
Now to see all of your follow requests, you have to download the zip file. Follow the below instructions to download your information and check follow requests.

Open the email that you received from Instagram and click on
download your information.

Once you click on the download your information link, you will be redirected to the Instagram page where you will see a button to download the zip file. Just click on the download button to download the zip file. Instagram might ask password to download the zip.

Next, unzip the downloaded zip and open the index.html file.

On opening the
index.htmlfile, you will see all of your information that is saved by Instagram like comments, likes, followers, passwords, etc. - Now to see all of your pending follow requests, you have to find an option
pending follow requestand click on it.

Under the pending follow requests page, you will find all the user ids that you have requested to follow.

Now you also cancel the pending request, just click on the user id that you want to cancel the following request and click on unfollow.
How to Find Your Sent Follow Request on Instagram - Old Method

Launch the Instagram app on your Android or iOS smartphone.Sign inwithyouraccount if you are not logged in.

Next, click the profile icon which is placed at the bottom right corner.

Click on the
hamburger menu(3 horizontal straight lines). You can easily locate this menu at the top right corner. -
Once you click on the
hamburger menu, you will see a bunch of options there. Justclick on thesettings.

Under the
settings, gotoSecurity>Access data.

Under the connection settings, you will find the current follow request option. Just click on the view all link.

Now you will see all the usernames that you have requested to follow. You can copy the username from the list of pending follow requests and search it on Instagram to verify it or cancel the follow request.Under the connection settings, you can also check the accounts that you follow, and account that you have blocked on Instagram.
